REGULATION OF INTERNAL ORDERS – AQUILA SPA

This regulation establishes the normal conduct of activities and services offered to customers, to protect their health, as well as for the purpose of maintaining order, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment in the premises.

Knowing, learning and complying with the regulation is mandatory for all people who frequent the Aquila Spa Center, customers, collaborators and for the employed staff.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES it is made only at the reception of the spa center. Payment is collected in cash or by bank card. At the reception you can also request Vitalis Aria subscriptions, packages of body procedures as well as individual and corporate Gift Cards.

Costul serviciilor, durata lor, a produselor comercializate pot fi modificate in conformitate cu decizia conducerii Centrului Spa, fără preaviz și vor fi afișate de îndată.

BOUTIQUE SPA: Near the reception you will find the Aquila Spa Boutique where you will find spa products and articles. When purchasing retail products, returns are not made and the amount of the product is not refunded.

SPA PROGRAM: Aquila Spa este deschis intre orele 10:30 – 23:00 pe tot parcursul anului cu exceptia urmatoarelor Sarbatori Legale ( Vinerea Mare a Pastelui Ortodox, Prima zi si a doua zi  Pastele Ortodox, Prima zi de Craciun) si  pentru data de 24 si 31 Decembrie programul va fi intervalul 10.30 – 16 . Ultimul acces se va face cu cel putin o ora înainte de închidere. Orele de deschidere și închidere ale centrului spa trebuie respectate. Pentru buna gestionarea a fluxului, vă rugam să vă pregătiți de plecare cu cel puțin 15 minute înainte de ora închiderii oficiale a centrului spa.

CHECK-IN: We suggest that you arrive at the SPA Center at least 30 minutes before the first appointment and 15 minutes for the following ones, because before the treatment you will need to fill out a medical evaluation form. Late arrivals will not benefit from an extension of the duration of the scheduled procedures and will be charged for the full treatment.

SCHEDULES:: It is recommended to book in advance to be able to choose your preferred time slot. All therapies are scheduled according to availability. To guarantee the reservation, your name and contact details (mobile number and email) are required. The Spa reception will confirm the reservation, by phone or email, no later than 24 hours before its time. Please respond to our confirmation request.

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before the start of the therapy. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:Out of respect for the other guests, cancellations or rescheduling can be made at least 24 hours before the initially set time, to avoid paying a penalty of 50% of the value of the respective service. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the originally scheduled time will incur a penalty of 100% of the price. Schedules can be changed only depending on availability. We recommend that you follow the treatment according to the established schedule because it may happen that it overlaps with the schedule of the other guests, in which case we will not be able to respond positively to your request.  

Abonamentul este individual, nominal, se eliberează pentru întreaga perioadă a tipului de abonament în vigoare și nu poate fi transmis altor persoane. Toți clienții – membrii sau invitați – trebuie să fie înregistrați la recepție la intrarea în Centrul Spa. Inscrierea se face pe baza cartii de identitate. Accesul in Centrul Spa  fiind permis numai după completarea formularului de înscriere și emiterea cardului de membru, care este strict personal și netransmisibil. Pierderea cardului nu atrage alte obligatii de plată decat suma aferentă reînnoirii cardului titularului în valoare de  100 lei.

ACCESS TO THE SPA AREA with saunas, pools and swimming pool  se face doar cu ținuta adecvată: papuci, halat , costum de baie si prosop cu exceptia saunelor unde se pot folosi in cazuri exceptionale pestemaluri in lipsa  costumului de baie .

MEMBERS they have access to the spa center only on the basis of the membership card that must be presented at each visit.

It is FORBIDDEN to use the membership card by someone other than the holder. This action leads to the cancellation of the card and its detention at the reception of the spa center.

If the member refuses or is unable, for whatever reason, to present the membership card at the reception, the management reserves the right to deny access to the spa centre. 

OCCASIONAL CUSTOMERS present at the reception to pay for the service and to receive the magnetic wristband from the cloakroom. The magnetic bracelet is returned to the reception when the customer wants to leave the premises.

The Spa environment is specially designed to offer our guests an oasis of relaxation and detachment from everyday life. Please respect other guests' right to privacy and quiet by not using mobile phones in voice calls inside the SPA, except in changing rooms or relaxation areas, but only for texting or internet browsing and by changing to silent mode before entering Spa center. Smoking is prohibited inside the SPA Center, except for the specially designed outdoor area.

Access to the Spa Center premises is prohibited:

• People under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• People accompanied by animals;
• People with infectious diseases;
• People who do not wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the area with kneipp pools and saunas of the Spa Center.
• People under the influence of stimulants, sedatives / hallucinogenic substances.
• People who suffer from contagious diseases, have open wounds, rashes or other ailments
• People who have weapons, blunt objects or any sharp, piercing objects, with potentially dangerous flammable, explosive, chemical or toxic substances.

Introducerea băuturilor și alimentelor în incinta centrului spa este interzisă. Este permis doar consumul băuturilor comercializate/oferite de catre SC GENERAL TRADING  SRL beneficiar al brandului AQUILA SPA 

Customers will be invited to leave the premises of the spa center if:

• Failure to comply with this regulation;
• The use of obscene, indecent language, indecent gestures, violence, as well as behavior that harms the good image of the spa center;
• Nerespectarea regulilor de igienă de la piscină ,jacuzzi, saună, sălile de terapie, vestiare , dus .
• Repeatedly disobeying the instructions of the staff employed at the spa center;

• Committing acts that can be assimilated to crimes;
• Drug use, prohibited substances;
• Nerespectarea unei conduite decente cu partenerul/a la piscină, jacuzzi, sauna, practicarea nudismului sau a tinutei „topless”în cazul persoanelor feminine.
•  Using saunas for a purpose other than the one for which they are recommended (eg: vaporization of liquids, excessively increasing the humidity, etc.)
• Nerespectarea regulilor în ceea ce privește săriturile in bazin sau jacuzzi.
•  Nerespectarea regulilor cu privire la introducerea obiectelor gonflabile in piscină sau jacuzzi .

We reserve the right to forcibly evict undesirable customers from our property and notify the competent authorities in the event of disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between our staff and the customer. Taking into account the above, we reserve the right to select our clientele.

In these cases, the management can order the cancellation of the subscription card and the full termination of the subscription contract, without the intervention of the court, without a grace period and without the fulfillment of any other formality.

Toți membrii centrului spa trebuie să iși dea acordul pentru a fi  introduși în baza noastră de date, în scopul identificării și utilizării legitime a cardului de membru.

During the entire stay, customers must personally lock their wardrobe, keep the key (magnetic bracelet) safe, so that when leaving the spa area, they can return it to the reception in good working order. In case of loss of the key (magnetic bracelet), the customer is obliged to pay the expenses for buying a new bracelet.

The administration of the spa center does not assume responsibility for the loss or disappearance of personal things left or forgotten in the changing room, halls, terraces, swimming pool, sunbed, etc. as well as for valuables that were left unattended. Please do not leave valuables visible or unattended. 

Photography and filming are prohibited without the approval of the management or the reception staff.

Minorii cu vârste între 16 si 18 ani  pot achizitiona un abonament doar cu acordul scris al unui parinte sau tutore legal și pot folosi toate facilitatile noastre doar însoțit de părtinte sau tutore legal.

RECOMANDATION: Va rugăm să vă lăsați toate bijuteriile și imbrăcămintea în vestiar, păstrând lenjeria de corp. În cazul procedurilor, terapeutul vă va oferi lenjerie de unica folosință. Dacă procedura  dumneavoastra implică si terapie cu apă, este necesar să purtați un costum de baie. În cazul unui tratament facial, pentru rezultate optime, se recomandă ca domnii să se bărberească cu câteva ore înainte.  Pentru exfolieri corporale, este recomandat sa nu vă epilați cu 12 ore inainte de procedura. Este recomandat sa nu vorbiți în timpul terapiei și să vă lasați purtat/a Într-o călătorie de vis, relaxantă și odihnitoare.

SPA ATTIRE

Members/occasional customers will wear appropriate swimwear in the sauna area, kneipp pools in the spa, and female guests are required to cover their bust. The entry of members and/or their guests with street shoes is prohibited.

VITALIS ARIA:: Nudity its not allowed în Aquila Spa, pentru confortul tuturor oaspeților nostri, vă rugam să utilizați pestemal în jurul corpului în zona umedă. Nu se recomandă să utilizati saunele sau celelalte facilităti Spa sub influența băuturilor alcoolice. Se recomandă dus înainte și după folosirea piscine/jacuzzi cât și pentru intraile la ședințele de saună. Folosiți sauna cu moderație, în ședințe de aproximativ 15 min. alternând cu dusuri reci și/sau folosind gheață din fântâna special amenajata în proximitatea saunelor.

HEALTH CONDITION : Please inform the therapists at your disposal about any health problem, allergy, accident suffered that could influence the treatment or the use of the facilities offered in the SPA. Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding your health status on your own responsibility.  Aquila Spa assumes no responsibility in the event of an accident caused by a medical condition not declared in the health questionnaire.

The administration of the Aquila Spa Center does not assume responsibility for the deterioration of your health as a result of non-compliance with the rules for using the equipment and facilities offered by the Aquila SPA Center. The SPA administration of the Aquila SPA Center is not responsible for damages to your health and/or property due to the illegal actions of third parties. We recommend that you undergo a medical examination before starting the procedures at the Aquila SPA Center, because you are obviously and personally responsible for your health.

In the case of using the sauna, please have a specialized medical check-up so as not to affect your health.

Check before starting any procedure what are the contraindications and immediately stop any procedure the moment you feel discomfort, pain, nausea, dizziness, etc.

If you wish to book and benefit from massage or wraps (regardless of their type and duration) please inform the massage parlor staff if you suffer from any condition that may be aggravated during these procedures. Massage parlor staff may refuse a client suffering from certain conditions if they believe the procedures

massage could aggravate these conditions. The administration of the SPA Center does not assume responsibility in case of aggravation of ailments caused by the massage or wrapping procedures, if the client has not informed the staff of this aspect.

REGULI PENTRU FOLOSIREA PISCINEI 

The shower is mandatory before entering the pool

Running in the pool area and jumping into the water are prohibited. The introduction of inflatable items into the pool is prohibited.

The depth of the pool is 140 cm.

The use of a bathing suit is mandatory. 

Do not use cosmetics (creams, body oils, etc.) or body care products before entering the pool.

Report anything that involves a lack of safety or violation of spa rules to management.

Customers must assume the risk of any injury sustained while using the pool. There is a risk of slipping and falling. Wet surfaces can be very slippery. Be careful when entering and leaving the pool area.

Access is prohibited for people suffering from contagious diseases or episodes of infectious disease, such as cold or flu, cuts, conjunctivitis or any other health problem that can harm people around.

Always follow the safety rules in the pool.

Food is not allowed in the pool area.

Keep clothing or jewelry away from rotating jets or other moving components.

REGULI PENTRU FOLOSIREA JACUZIULUI

Dusul este obligatoriu inainte de intrarea in jacuzzi.

Alergarea in zona jacuzziului și săriturile în apă sunt interzise.

Proper equipment is a must.

Nu folositi produse cosmetice (creme, uleiuri de corp, etc.) sau de îngrijire corporală înainte de intrarea în jacuzzi.

Clienții trebuie să își asume riscul pentru orice accidentare suferită în timpul utilizării jacuzziului. Există riscul de a aluneca și a cădea. Suprafetele ude pot fi foarte alunecoase. Aveti grija la intrarea si iesirea din zonajacuzziului.

Este interzis accesul cu alimente în zona jacuzziului.

RULES FOR THE USE OF THE SAUNA 

Pentru folosirea SAUNEI este OBLIGATORIU să dispuneti de papuci si prosop costum de baie, iar cu titlul exceptional se pot folosi pestemaluri in cazul in care nu exista costum de baie  . În caz contrar, este interzis accesul in saună. Sauna este destinata persoanelor peste 16 ani.

Customers use this equipment of the SPA Center at their own risk.

Recommended like a sauna not to be used by:

-Persons under medical observation or suffering from chronic health problems;

-Persons under the influence of alcohol, stimulants or antidepressant medication;

Always follow safety rules and be kind to those around you.

Report anything that involves a lack of safety or violation of spa rules to management.

Do not use cosmetics (creams, body oils, etc.) or body care products before entering the sauna.

Out of respect for the other guests as well as for their own protection, those using the sauna are asked to sit on the towel to avoid contact of the sweaty body with the wooden benches; we do not recommend the swimsuit made of synthetic fibers;  

Slippers and robes will be left outside at the entrance to the saunas.

Aromatic sauna oil is only put in the water in the bowl and it is poured on the stones, NEVER POUR OIL DIRECTLY ON THE STONES! Ask the SPA staff for help if you need it.

Prolonged exposure to saunas can cause nausea, dizziness and fainting. The reasonable time to use the saunas is 10 minutes and it is recommended not to exceed 30 minutes.

Specialists do not recommend the use of saunas by people with one of the following health conditions: pregnant women, low or high blood pressure, severe cardiovascular or bronchopulmonary conditions, under the influence of alcoholic beverages, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, narcotics or tranquilizers .

People who feel dizzy or faint should leave the sauna immediately.

Do not use the sauna immediately after an intense workout or after performing a demanding activity.

All metal jewelry (gold, silver, etc.) must be removed before entering the sauna, including contact lenses. If you wear contact lenses, they must be removed before entering the sauna

Hydration is very important: we recommend you drink water before entering the saunas and especially after.

All customers are asked to behave respectfully towards each other and towards the staff in order not to cause unpleasant situations that may result in moral or physical damage (physical violence, insults, emotional damage to other members).

AQUILA SPA își rezervă dreptul de a modifica prezentul regulament și se obligă să aducă la cunoștința clienților regulamentul în formă actualizată prin afișarea acestuia în interiorul Centrului Spa  și prin punerea la dispoziție în formă scrisă pe site-ul oficial.
