Aquila Spa services are intended exclusively for people over 18 years of age and for minors over 16 years of age only accompanied by a parent or guardian. You have at your disposal private changing rooms, robes, disposable slippers, dressing gowns, etc. At the end of the daily program, please leave the towel, robe and bathrobe in the space dedicated to it and the access bracelet at the SPA RECEPTION. The Spa environment is specially designed to offer our guests an oasis of relaxation and detachment from everyday life. Please respect the other guests' right to privacy and quiet, not using mobile phones in voice calls inside the SPA, with the exception of the changing rooms or relaxation areas, but only for messages or surfing the Internet and changing silently before entering Spa. Smoking is prohibited inside the SPA, except for the specially designed outdoor area.

SPA PROGRAM: Aquila Spa is open between 10:30 and 23:00 throughout the year. The last access will be at least one hour before closing. The opening and closing hours of the center must be respected. For good flow management, please prepare to leave at least 15 minutes before the center's official closing time. 

SPA ATTIRE: Please leave all your jewelry and clothing in the locker room, keeping your underwear. In the case of treatments, the therapist will provide you with disposable underwear. If your treatment also involves water therapy, it is necessary to wear a bathing suit. In the case of a facial treatment, for optimal results, it is recommended that gentlemen shave a few hours before.  Pentru exfolieri corporale, este recomandat sa nu te epilezi cu 12 ore inainte de procedura. Este recomandat sa nu vorbiti in timpul terapiei si sa va lasati purtat/a intr-o calatorie de vis, relaxanta si odinitoare.

VITALIS ARIA: Nuditatea nu este permisa in Aquila Spa, pentru confortul tuturor oaspetilor nostri, va rugam sa utilizati pestemal in jurul corpului in zona umeda. Nu se recomanda sa utilizati saunele sau celelalte facilitati Spa sub influenta bauturilor alcoolice. Se recomanda dus inainte si dupa, atat pentru jacuzzi/piscina cat si pentru sedintele de sauna. Folositi sauna cu moderatie, in sedinte de aproximativ 15 min. alernand cu dusuri reci si/sau folosind gheata din fantana special amenajata in proximitatea saunelor.

SCHEDULES: It is recommended to book in advance to be able to choose your preferred time slot. All therapies are scheduled according to availability. To guarantee the reservation, your name and contact details (mobile number and email) are required. The Spa reception will confirm the reservation, by phone or email, no later than 24 hours before its time. Please respond to our confirmation request.

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before the start of the therapy. 

CHECK-IN: We suggest that you come to the SPA at least 30 minutes before the first appointment and 15 minutes for the following ones, because, before the treatment, it will be necessary to fill out a medical evaluation form. Late arrivals will not benefit from an extension of the duration of the scheduled procedures and will be charged the full treatment fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Out of respect for the other guests, cancellations or rescheduling can be made at least 24 hours before the initially set time, to avoid paying a penalty of 50% of the value of the respective service. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the originally scheduled time will incur a penalty of 100% of the price. Schedules can be changed only depending on availability. We recommend that you follow the treatment according to the established schedule because it may happen that it overlaps with the schedule of the other guests, in which case we will not be able to respond positively to your request. HEALTH CONDITION : Please inform the therapists at your disposal about any health problem, allergy, accident suffered that could influence the treatment or the use of the facilities offered in the SPA. Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding your health status on your own responsibility.  Aquila Spa nu isi asuma nici o responsabilitate in cazul unui accident cauzat de o conditie medicala nedeclarata in chestionarul de sanatate.

VALUABLES:  The management is not responsible for the loss of objects or money in the massage rooms or in public spaces. Va rugam sa va depozitati bunurile in vestiarul personal. Nu aduceti cu dvs. obiecte de mare valoare sau sume importante de bani.

PAYMENT:All the services you will benefit from will be paid at the Aquila Spa Reception. At the reception you can also request Vitalis Aria subscriptions, body procedure packages and Gift Cards (gift cards), both individual and corporate.

SPA BOUTIQUE (available soon): In proximitatea receptiei regasiti Boutique-ul Aquila Spa in care veti regasi produse si articole spa. La achiziționarea produselor de retail nu se fac retururi si nu se returneaza suma produsului.
